Your Busy Bee @ The Beehive
The Beehive After School Program is open to all TK thru 1st grade students and their siblings thru 3rd grade.
When does the program run?
The Beehive runs on the AUSD calendar and K-5 school dismissal schedule until 6pm, Monday - Friday. There is no meetings on non-school days, breaks or holidays.
Van transportation will be available from Edison and Otis Elementary. If you are a Franklin Elementary family and interested in Van transport, please email us info@thebusybee.net. We are exploring providing van service to that school site based on a minimum number of participating students.
Children can also be dropped off at the Center after school.

Pricing
The Beehive Program has 3 attendance options. Tuition is paid monthly at the 1st of the month online or by check in person.
Transportation options are available from Edison, and Otis Elementary for an additional cost of $50 monthly Van service. Van space is limited.

Snacks will be provided each day. No additional materials needed.
If you are a Franklin Elementary family interested in joining but require transportation, please email info@thebusybee.net. Availability will depend on participation from that school site.
Additional Offerings
Zumba Kids Jr., and Generation Pound Fitness sessions that meet while The Beehive program is running, are available at a discounted rate for your Busy Bee to participate.

Policies
Conduct Policy
The Busy Bee Activity Center and The Beehive After-School Program has the right to deny admittance to any student/parent not meeting the standards of the program as it sees fit. The Busy Bee has strict expectations against bullying, inappropriate language, misbehaving, harmful and unwanted physical contact, verbal abuse, or threats of any kind. Please note, we want our Busy Bees to be happy and successful and we understand children are always learning. Positive Behavior Intervention Strategies (PBIS) will be employed to remedy less sever incidents/situations as an attempt to support our Busy Bees.

Cancelation Policy
The Beehive is an academic year program. Due to our obligations, if you wish to end enrollment, a written email must be submitted one month prior to the beginning of the month you wish to discontinue participation. This also applies to new students who register and decided not to attend at the beginning of the school year. Without written notice, we will reserve your child’s spot and you are responsible for full tuition for the upcoming month regardless of attendance. There are no partial refunds for unused days. Monthly tuition will not be prorated when a student drops a class. Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks.
Waiver Requirement
The terms and conditions are presented in the Liability Waiver and Release form available for review on the Waivers and Policies page and must be reviewed and accepted at the time of registration.
